This is the seat base mount clip (x2) and the — the piece that clips (no screws) directly onto the kayak hull and locks the seat platform in place. Without this clip, your seat slides, lifts, or pops off entirely when entering, exiting, or paddling. This is the most commonly broken or lost clip on Lifetime and Emotion kayaks.
This is the backrest attachment clip (x1) used on Lifetime and Emotion brand sit-on-top and sit-in kayaks. The clip hooks onto the molded pin/post on the kayak's seat base to hold the padded backrest securely upright while paddling.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is the Seat Base mount clip — the part that attaches to the kayak deck itself (non screw model). Please compare the photos carefully to confirm this is the part you need before ordering.
